The National Sustainable Agriculture Coalition (NSAC) is an alliance of over 80 grassroots organizationsthat advocates for federal policy reform to advance the sustainability of agriculture, food systems, naturalresources, and rural communities. NSAC is currently seeking a “Michigan Voices” Grassroots Organizer.

NSAC seeks to hire an experienced field-organizer to work on-the-ground statewide with focus on farmingcommunities and three target urban areas: Detroit, Grand Rapids, and Battle Creek. The organizer will work to unite farmer and food system advocates in support of sustainable agriculture policies at the federal level including the upcoming Farm Bill.
